Lizzy Sundstrom is a singer, actor, and storyteller based in Dayton, Ohio. A lifelong performer, she fell in love with theatre at a young age and has been chasing that spark ever since.

 

After graduating from Xavier University with degrees in Musical Theatre and Public Relations, Lizzy spent several years building a career in hospitality, attractions, and live entertainment. Along the way, she had the opportunity to perform as a member of Epcot's Candlelight Processional Cast Choir at Walt Disney World, sing the National Anthem for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Monsters, and Monster Jam, and return to one of her favorite roles, Dragon in Shrek the Musical.

 

Whether she's portraying a brassy leading lady, a comedic sidekick, or a fire-breathing dragon, Lizzy is drawn to characters with heart, humor, and a little bit of mischief. Some favorite past roles include Donna Sheridan (Mamma Mia!), The Witch (Into the Woods), Paulette Bonafonté (Legally Blonde), Bonnie Parker (Bonnie & Clyde), Judy Bernly (9 to 5), and Dragon (Shrek the Musical).

 

Now back in the Dayton area, Lizzy is excited to be reconnecting with the artistic community that helped shape her as a performer. Having recently reunited with her longtime vocal coach, she is looking forward to continuing her growth as an artist and making a more permanent return to the stage.

 

When she's not performing, you'll likely find her crafting something entirely unnecessary, cheering on her favorite sports teams, exploring local attractions, or spending time with her cat, Eloise.
